The country’s First Lady Mrs Auxillia Mnangagwa was commended for bringing together women and men for corporate prayers for the nation which have been attracting a huge response from different denominations.
Bishop Betty Mashaya of Abundant Life Ministries International during her sermon applauded her for taking the first step to bring the nation together in prayer which then led to the National Day of Praise and Worship at the City Sports Center in Harare yesterday.
In her speech the First Lady encouraged all churches to continue to pray and fast against drug abuse, traffic accidents, ritual killings, loose morals and the Covid-19 pandemic.
As Cindy Jacobs mentioned in her prophecy about Zimbabwe in Guatemala in October, 1998. Women are rising in prayer to heal and save Zimbabwe a step which was first taken by the First Lady. Female church leaders from different denominations among them Prophetess Memory Matimbire from Daughters of Virtue and Madzimai Madzimai Veronica Kwati from Johhane Masowe weChishanu took the podium in leading the congregation in different prayer points while the praise and worship music was led by Mai Olivia Charamba, Dorcas Moyo and The ZR Police Band.
Influential personalities like Dr Abigail Magwenzi of the women empowerment organization The Red Lipstick Revolution was present among the women and men who left their busy lives to come and cry for Zimbabwe.

The anointing of reconciliation will be all over Zimbabwe. Do not be afraid of the change. Although it looks like you are going backwards. I have a plan for you. Satan thinks he is advancing but I will expose wickedness at high levels. Do not be afraid. Satan will try to bring war; this army will be used to stop war and bloodshed. A treaty will be written with other nations. Zimbabwe will be used like Switzerland to bring the healing of nations to break ancient things. Your nation came through trickery, but God will restore it. You will be given a piece of land, a beautiful place to pray. You will build a place to watch and pray. It will be like a compound with a place to sleep. The Annas will give their lives for intercession. Senior citizens will have places to stay and give their time to pray day and night.”
