Chief Justice Luke Malaba inaugurated two new Magistrates Courts in Triangle and Chiredzi last Friday.
During the ceremony at the Chiredzi Regional Court, he emphasized that these new facilities will enhance access to justice for local residents.
Malaba noted that the courts aim to alleviate delays and address the backlog of cases that have burdened the judicial system for years.
He stated, “Courts are symbols of our aspirations and fundamental rights as Zimbabweans.
They should be accessible, not just as places to resolve disputes, but as pillars of our vision for economic development, where all economic conflicts are addressed.”
