Wickenell Chivhayo’s friend Victor Matiyenga, the proprietor of Exquisite Cars Dealership, has addressed the emergence of a fraudulent Twitter account registered in his name, promising extravagant Mercedes Benz vehicles to the public.

The establishment of this account followed a string of high-profile car donations by businessman and socialite Wicknell Chivayo. Chivayo, known for purchasing luxury cars from Exquisite Cars Dealership and gifting them to various recipients, directed individuals to “Go and See Victor” at the dealership in the capital, bringing attention to Matiyenga’s identity.

Victor Matiyenga Rejects Twitter Account as False
An account under the name of Victor Matiyenga (@Vic_Matiyenga) was created on the social media platform. However, Matiyenga has vehemently refuted the authenticity of this account, labeling it as deceitful and harmful.
He suspects that scammers fabricated the account with the intent to tarnish his reputation and that of his company. Matiyenga has urged caution among Zimbabweans and his clientele, advising them to disregard any communications from the account. He has taken immediate legal action, seeking redress against the perpetrators responsible for the misinformation.
“I urge Zimbabweans and my clients to be vigilant and dismiss this fraudulent account as it has no affiliation with me whatsoever. I trust that law enforcement will intervene and apprehend those accountable,” he stated.
