Deputy Minister of Youth Sports Arts and Recreation Tinoda Machakaire visited dancehall musician Bounty Lisa at her Kuwadzana home yesterday.
Bounty Lisa has a huge lump on her right leg which she said that it is called Lipoma fat and she needs surgery.
The lump keeps growing since 2014 and according to her from the tests that where done in South Africa it is not cancerous.
They booked her for surgery in October this year which might be too far judging from the way it keeps growing.
The minister then suggested that she gets quotations from local medical institutions and they will assist in footing the bill.
He promised to talk to officials from the Ministry of Health and see if there is a way that they can also help her speed up the process.
The deputy minister gave her a gift of ZW$5000 for helping with her upkeep.
