A worker at Doep’s Civil, a Meyerton-based company in Gauteng, has reportedly suffered serious facial injuries, including eye damage, after being assaulted by two supervisors, Ignus and Gerald Du Plessis.
This incident is not an isolated case, as a similar act of violence allegedly took place at the company last year when another employee was attacked and injured.

The latest altercation is said to have been triggered when the worker used a company vehicle to help a friend transport personal belongings.
The supervisors, suspecting the friend of theft, allegedly confronted the employee before physically assaulting him.
