According to Manica Post ,Bright Tawanda Majecha, 26, has been arrested in connection with the incident, which has left the community devastated and mourning the loss of two innocent lives.

Repeated Attempts and a Gruesome Outcome

According to reports, Majecha had allegedly attempted to burn Ms. Paidamoyo Madondo and their daughter on three separate occasions before the fateful incident. The final act occurred in the early hours of last Friday, when Majecha visited Ms. Madondo’s cottage in Gaza E suburb.

It is said that Majecha demanded to see his daughter, Tawananyasha, but Ms. Madondo, rightfully concerned about the lateness of the hour, refused to open the door.
