Farai Zimbango, the CEO of Fachs Group, which owns several companies including Fachs Financial Services, Fachs Insurance Brokers, Fachs Consulting, Fachs Corporate Training, and Fachs International College of Business, is facing serious allegations.
Zimbango holds a degree in Risk Management and Insurance from Zimbabwe’s National University of Science and Technology and a Master’s in Business Leadership from the University of South Africa.
One of his companies, Fachs International College of Business, has come under negative scrutiny. Media reports claim that Zimbango is allegedly “conning” individuals. Etv’s investigative program, Checkpoint, received a tip-off and discovered that Zimbango is running the college in South Africa without proper registration.

To legally operate a tertiary institution in South Africa, registration with the Department of Higher Education and Training is mandatory.
The Checkpoint team confronted Zimbango during a meeting, accusing him of being a “tsotsi” and exposing the unregistered status of his college.
Belenz:
“On that note, what quality is being produced by those registered? These are limitations put in place to slow or stop the black child from elevating self. This thing called paperwork is not going to take us anywhere.”
Gandaganda:
“Your brothers and sisters have caused a lot of chaos and harm in SA, unfortunately.”
Snow:
“True that. Most people take advantage of weak states and corrupt officials, but as humans who grew up with morals, why do they leave their morals when they meet corrupt officials?”
Bokang:
“This is one of the many bogus schools run by Zimbabweans.”
