The two day summit that was hosted by DSTV in Bulawayo and Harare on Wednesday and Thursday 8 December was very educative for local film makers who yearn to make it to their box office.
Three representatives from their head office in South Africa Cheryl-Uys Allie, Petronella Tasara and Moleko Msiwa taught the film producers on what is needed to produce good content, the technical requirements and how to submit acceptable content.
“This summit was especially made to let film makers discover opportunities that are available for them to showcase their products on DSTV,” said Ms Liz Dziva from MultiChoice Zimbabwe.
After this summit DSTV consumers await to see productions from the motherland on DSTV Channels especially on Zambezi Magic where they are acustomed to watching Zambian productions.
