Qualification Requirements for France Excellence Doctoral Scholarships Program
The eligibility criteria for the France Excellence Doctoral Scholarships Program are outlined below:
- Be a citizen of the Central African Republic and currently residing in Central Africa.
- Be aged 45 years or younger.
- Hold a position as a lecturer or serve as a temporary or tenured teacher at the University of Bangui.
- Present a well-founded and relevant research project.
- Be enrolled in the first year of the doctoral program by the latest academic year 2023-2024.
- Priority will be given to applicants in the following sectors: science and technology, health, law, political science, economics, and management

Documents Required for Application
