Two individuals lost their lives, and four others were injured in a crash involving two vehicles on the Harare-Nyamapanda Road, near the 156-kilometre mark, on Monday afternoon.
A report from the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) stated that a Toyota Hilux, carrying one passenger, collided with a Honda Fit, which had five passengers on board, at approximately 1:50 PM. The collision caused both vehicles to flip over, resulting in the fatalities. The police confirmed the accident, which took place on December 16, 2024, at around 1:50 PM.
According to the ZRP, the Toyota Hilux overturned onto its side, while the Honda Fit landed on its wheels after the crash.
