Reports filtering in say Mwana Ndakubirai hitmaker was involved in a fatal accident on Friday.
According to social media reports ,Mukudzei Chitsama a.k.a ‘Holy Ten’s motorcade had an accident 20km out of Gweru along the Harare-Bulawayo road around 4pm.
Details are still sketchy on what caused the accident but there is a confirmed death of Jay D,his backing vocalist.
