Jah Knowz scores big

Internationally acclaimed record label Abra Tribe has signed Tafara born rising star Godknows Gova popularly known as “Jah Knowz ”.
Abra Records boss Simukai ‘Abra Simmz’ Mandizvidza confirmed the development and said they had seen the potential in the artiste.
“We have signed Jah Knowz and he is a big artiste with great potential and he is talk the of town in dancehall circles right now,” said Abra Simmz.
Jah Knowz is the last born in a family of six and was raised by his mother after the tragic loss of this father in 2012.
He said he first gathered inspiration to become a musician at an early age.
“When I was a student at Tafara 1 High School I performed at many gatherings there, as well as at community events .I was strongly motivated and influenced by artistes in Jamaica like Jahmiel and Tommy Lee, while locally I was inspired by Freeman and Soul Jah Love,” Jah Knowz told Showbiz.
His hit songs include Kamutambiro Kako, Beverly and Dance ChiMupengo.
This Saturday he will be performing at Splash Mereki alongside visiting Swedish based Dee jays Infinity.
He will also play at City Sports Bar along with Stansplash and other top DJs.
