Job Opportunity: Senior Auditors
Position Description: Our esteemed client, located in Rwanda, is currently seeking highly skilled Senior Auditors to join their dynamic team starting in April 2024. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in overseeing the direct audit process, ensuring the integrity of financial operations, and upholding stringent controls to meet established standards with precision and accuracy.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive plans and strategies to guide the auditing process effectively.
- Delegate tasks and assign responsibilities to junior auditors, ensuring optimal team performance.
- Thoroughly review the work of team members to verify accuracy and adherence to regulatory compliance.
- Conduct meticulous risk assessments and evaluate internal controls to enhance organizational resilience.
- Execute audits within specified timelines and deliver comprehensive reports to the auditing manager.
- Present audit findings to relevant stakeholders and devise strategies to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate and facilitate periodic audit activities to maintain ongoing oversight.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Chartered Accountant qualification or ACCA certification.
- Demonstrated proficiency with 4-5 years of experience in financial services and/or the mining sector.
