Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality, or
Higher National Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Food and Beverages, Tourism and Hospitality
Teaching qualification
Requirements:
Strong practical experience in Food and Beverage Services (excluding professional cookery)
Hands-on expertise with various cold beverages, hot beverages, alcoholic beverages, and non-alcoholic beverages
Bar Operations Lecturer (Part-time)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality, or
Higher National Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Food and Beverages, Tourism and Hospitality, Bar Operations
Teaching qualification
Requirements:
Strong practical experience in Food and Beverage Services (excluding professional cookery)
Relevant practical experience in bar operations and entrepreneurship
Information Technology Lecturer (Part-time)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Information Technology
Requirements:
Strong communication skills
Teaching qualification is an added advantage
