Tsitsi Ndabambi
Man of the moment in the chuckles biz Learnmore Village Boy Mwanyenyeka affectionately known as Long John has grabbed another award from NAMA.
In his long climb to fame in what might be the most difficult art of making people laugh, Long John’s sweat is finally yielding him fruitful results which has opened a shining door to Steve Harvey’s world.
The Village Boy has a line up of shows ahead of him dotted on the world map such that his well articulated grandpa Mr Mwanyenyeka had to travel all the way from Chimanimani to accept the NAMA award on his behalf while Long John was in Cape Town dishing out his bag of laughter at the time.
Long John is the first Zimbabwean comedian who has a series of awards as he affectionately calls them. He has raised the national flag with his artwork.
