High Court Judge, Justice Tawanda Chitapi, has rejected Walter Magaya’s request to overturn his disqualification from contesting for the ZIFA presidency.
In his ruling, Justice Chitapi noted that Magaya had failed to demonstrate transparency by not providing his ordinary level certificate. The judge further stated that the decision to disqualify Magaya was not grossly unreasonable and therefore upheld the ruling.
