A suspected drug addict, Rivaldo Whiskey, appeared in court on Tuesday before magistrate Stanford Mambanje, facing serious allegations of attempting to r*pe his mother.
Whiskey was remanded in custody until September 20 after the prosecution opposed bail. During the hearing, prosecutor Mercy Masamvi detailed the events of September 4, when an allegedly intoxicated Whiskey entered his mother’s bedroom and demanded s*x, asserting that she needed it while his father was in South Africa.
