Mudhara Vachauya euphoria

There was commotion at the Harare International airport on Wednesday afternoon as Jah Prayzah fans swarmed the arrivals terminal to give a resounding welcome to Jah Prayzah.
Over 300 fans clad in Jah Prayzah t-shirts branded and occasionally breaking into song gathered to welcome back the musician as he returned from his debut tour of Canada and USA ahead of his album launch at the HICC Friday.
ZRP officers had to be called in to restore order as other travellers were finding it difficult to make their way out of the terminal.
When Jah Prayzah was finally let out there were some deafening screams as fans went into frenzy upon seeing him.
“Am really grateful for the support. I am truly humbled,” said Jah.
The musician will record a first this weekend when he drives to Bulawayo after his Harare launch on Friday to launch in the country’s second city at the Large City Hall.
Thousands of revellers are expected to join him for the road trip from the capital on Saturday morning while two lucky VIP ticket holders stand a chance to drive away in a Toyota Vitz new shape while others will take home television sets and refrigerators.
Already he has shot two videos that will be part of a double package containing the new CD and DVD for Mudhara Vachauya and Tora mari, a collaboration with Tanzanian Diamond.
