In a candid discussion about sexual satisfaction and self-esteem, Ghanaian relationship expert and actress Vicky Zugah tackled a topic often surrounded by anxiety and misconceptions: the size of a man’s p-nis.
Drawing from her experience in relationship counseling, Zugah emphasized the need to shift focus away from physical attributes and toward the dynamics of intimacy and mutual pleasure.
During a recent interview, she addressed the widely held but misguided belief that penis size determines a man’s ability to satisfy his partner. She firmly rejected this notion, asserting that no man’s p-nis is “too small” to provide a fulfilling sexual experience.
Zugah’s perspective is rooted in the understanding that sexual satisfaction depends on much more than physical dimensions.
She explained that emotional connection, technique, and mutual understanding play a far greater role in creating satisfying sexual experiences.
“It’s important to understand that intimacy is about much more than physical measurements,” Zugah said. “What truly matters is the quality of the connection between partners, their willingness to explore and communicate, and the confidence they bring into their sexual encounters.”
As a relationship expert, Zugah highlighted that communication, emotional support, and mutual respect are key factors in enhancing sexual satisfaction.
She urged men to focus on building confidence and improving their ability to create a pleasurable experience for both partners, rather than being preoccupied with physical size.
Zugah also called for dismantling harmful stereotypes that can damage self-esteem and strain relationships. By challenging the myth that penis size is a key determinant of sexual satisfaction, she hopes to promote a healthier and more positive conversation about intimacy.
