Hackers recently compromised the customer relationship management (CRM) system of Pam Golding Properties, exposing thousands of client details. The company confirmed that a third party accessed the system via a user account but assured that no sensitive financial or personal information was taken.
In response, Pam Golding Properties has enlisted independent cybersecurity experts to investigate the breach and is committed to implementing any necessary security improvements.
The company acted swiftly to secure its systems and remove unauthorized access as soon as the breach was detected. It also informed the affected clients, reported the incident to the authorities, and notified the Information Regulator.
