Passion meets action

Club manager Yasin Dlala

Passion meets action

‘Passion meets action’ should best describe the game tonight as the vibrant young crooner Mbeu performs alongside an equally energetic Ammara Brown at Jazz 24/7 this Friday.
By any measure Mbeu could emerge as the biggest finding of local music this year as he has made sure to shake every stage he has sneaked onto.

Ammara on the other hand is probably just waiting for the golden moment when she asserts herself as a power house in her own right.
Over and above that is the venue, Jazz 24/7 which a few years ago was her father’s favourite venue.
Who can forget that wining guitar back in the day?
Yasin Dlala, venue manager said they were ready for the show.
“We are ready for the show and we are expecting a full house considering that it is the first time that the between the two artistes that doing very well on the local scene,” he said.
Her said the fact that the late Andy Brown used to frequent the venue makes the show one not to miss.
“Andy Brown was one of the best artistes to ever play at this venue. He was a great musican and all rounder actually and it will be great for the patrons to remember him seeing his vivacious daughter Ammara who has shown she too is a great artiste. Mbeu is also a great artiste and for us it is a rare moment where action and passion meet on one stage. It is going to be a great show,” said Dlala.
Mbeu comes in with a unique sound and is worth any serious music lover’s attention.
“We can’t wait to unveil Mbeu to the world at such a great and huge platform. Mbeu has space at the top in Zimbabwe’s arts industry,” said Eugene Maseredza, Mbeu’s manager.
