PayPal Unveils New Global Payments Solution for Small Businesses
Described as an “all-in-one” solution, PayPal Complete Payments empowers merchants to offer a diverse array of alternative payment methods within their online checkouts. These include PayPal payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and buy now, pay later (BNPL) solutions, alongside traditional credit and debit cards.
With the introduction of Package Tracking, transactions can seamlessly sync order and tracking information with PayPal, enhancing dispute resolution processes through the existing Dispute Management feature.
In response to escalating e-commerce fraud globally, PayPal Complete Payments provides comprehensive fraud, chargeback, and seller protections.

Currently available in 22 markets worldwide, including Canada and the UK, the service integrates with various e-commerce platforms such as Adobe Commerce and WooCommerce.
Vincent Belloc, managing director of PayPal UK, highlights that PayPal Complete Payments “enables simplicity and drives growth for online small businesses,” citing early data showing an average 4.2% increase in credit and debit card acceptance for UK merchants.
Earlier this year, PayPal announced plans to reduce its workforce by around 9% by 2024 as part of efforts to “right-size our business.”
