Queen Vee congratulates Jah Prayzah

South Africa based model and singer Vanessa Sibanda popularly known as Queen Vee in her circles has congratulated Jah Prayzah for his MTV Mama People’s Choice Award won at the weekend.

Queen Vee told Showbiz Monday Zimbabwean arts was on track but maintained that they had not yet arrived.

“Hi guys, l hope you all had an amazing weekend. Speaking of weekend l would like you guys to help me congratulate our very own Jah Prayzah for making Zimbabwe proud by scooping the listener’s choice award. This is amazing for Zimbabwe and l wish it on everyone who is trying to make it happen in their crafts…musamire kudhonza tambo kuti muzoita mambo(don’t stop pulling hard till you are the king).,” she said in her daily WhatsApp broadcast.

The daily broadcast is aimed at campaigning for her track Varidzi vePattern done in collaboration with Dobba Don that has been doing well the Power FM chart show.

“We haven’t reached the right point yet because it’s a process and it has to be matured well and strategically. What l can say is that Zimbabwe is a sleeping giant and it’s about to awaken to conquer,”; she said.

“We will one day build walls of Jericho because the whole world is slowly on its way to our door step. I’m very happy for what we are achieving and l’ll support anyone and anything that shouts progress by a Zimbabwean or Zimbabweans.”

Jah Prayzah latest album, although it has attracted varied responses from the local market, has opened floodgates for him on the regional scene with some of the tracks being played on various radio and TV channels mainly via DStv platforms.

An added advantage is his engagement of Tanzanian Diamond Platnumz for the duet Watori Mari.
The duet with the East African has ensured a wider audience for the Zimbabwean star.

Queen Vee on the other hand has word immensely hard to perfect her craft as well as getting it to the people and has also gotten recognition from DStv whose platforms are also playing her music.
