REDAN Seeks Office Administrator: Join Our Admin & Office Jobs Team

As the Office Administrator at Redan, you will serve as the primary point of contact for both visitors and callers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. Your responsibilities include managing front desk operations, assisting in organizing meetings and trips, providing personal assistant support to key management personnel, overseeing repairs and maintenance, and handling general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain office security and control access to the premises.
  • Direct visitors to appropriate personnel and offices.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and messages efficiently.
  • Keep reception area and office tidy and well-equipped.
  • Provide accurate information about Redan to visitors and callers.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and documents.
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as printing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Ensure cleaning and gardening duties are carried out as needed.
  • Maintain a log for repairs and maintenance of equipment and furniture.
  • Coordinate executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.
  • Supervise the driver and manage travel schedules.
  • Organize company events and assist with procurement.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Advanced Diploma in Executive Secretarial studies or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in reception, customer service, and executive support.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication, as well as Microsoft Office.

Skills:

  • Strong English language skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Capacity to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, discreet, and confident in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Competencies:

  • Proficiency in email, internet, and Microsoft Office.
  • Effective communication with individuals at all levels.
  • Professional demeanor and attitude.
  • Friendly, helpful, and service-oriented approach.
  • Well-groomed and presentable appearance.
