Vacancy: Sales Representatives
Our client is seeking qualified and experienced commission-based sales professionals to fill open positions within the organization. Successful candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling products or services, playing a vital role in revenue generation by identifying potential customers, establishing relationships, and closing sales deals.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through methods such as cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Present, demonstrate, and explain the features and benefits of products or services to potential customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets and quotas within specified timeframes.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, including pricing and contract terms.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ products or services.
- Collaborate with team members, including marketing and customer support, to maximize sales efforts.
- Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven work experience as a salesperson or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a desire to achieve results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- Good knowledge of the products or services being sold.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products, industries, or markets.
- Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A positive and resilient attitude in the face of challenges or rejection.
