Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, 54, claims he is being subjected to “racially motivated prosecution” following his recent legal troubles.
The music mogul, known for founding Bad Boy Records, was arrested by federal agents and is currently in jail in New York after being denied bail. He faces multiple charges, including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and facilitating prostitution.
Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, has issued a statement on his behalf, maintaining that his client will not accept a plea deal, as he insists on his innocence.

Agnifilo, speaking in a new documentary titled The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment, available on Tubi, argues that Diddy believes he is being targeted due to his success as a Black man.
The lawyer also stated that Diddy intends to “fight this case” not only for himself but for others who may be in a similar position.
Additionally, the attorney mentioned that Diddy is eager to share his perspective on an alleged assault on his former girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, in 2016, which was caught on hotel security footage. According to Agnifilo, Diddy’s story is “a human story of love, hurt, and heartbreak.”
Following his arrest and the denial of bail, Diddy has reportedly been placed on suicide watch. Despite the circumstances, Agnifilo describes his client as “remarkably positive” and focused on his defense.
In a 14-page indictment, prosecutors accuse Diddy of exploiting and coercing women and others for decades to satisfy his sexual desires, preserve his reputation, and conceal his actions.
He is also accused of establishing a criminal enterprise involved in sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, bribery, arson, and obstruction of justice.
Some of these alleged acts took place at Diddy’s notorious ‘Freak Off’ parties, which reportedly featured hotel rooms outfitted with drugs, baby oil, lubricants, and extra linens.
Diddy has pleaded not guilty to all charges and continues to maintain his innocence. A status hearing is set for October 9, but no trial date has been scheduled yet.
