The vibrant urban culture festival, Shoko Festival 2024 , returns from September 26-28 , bringing an electrifying lineup to Harare and Chitungwiza.
This year, the festival proudly showcases international and local talents, headlined by South African hip-hop sensation Nadia Nakai , Zimdancehall star Master H , chart-topping rapper Voltz JT , emerging hip-hop artist Kayflow , and Afro-pop powerhouse Tamy Moyo .
A special highlight of this year’s event is Learnmore Jonasi , the Zimbabwean-born comedian who recently shone on America’s Got Talent. He will headline the Shoko Comedy Night on September 26, marking his first performance in Zimbabwe since his viral success in the U.S.

The theme for 2024, #BothSidesofSamora , underscores the festival’s mission to bridge social divides and celebrate diversity. The festival kicks off with comedy in Harare Gardens and transitions to the Mash Up Night on September 27, featuring over 15 acts, including Nadia Nakai and Kayflow. The grand finale, Peace in the Hood , takes place at Chitungwiza Unit L Community Hall, highlighting more thrilling performances.
