The Shoko Festival 2024 lived up to its promise, delivering an unforgettable night of music and entertainment on Saturday the 28th of September.
The event, which brought together some of Zimbabwe’s top artists, saw thrilling performances from Tammy Moyo, Mc Adhama x DJ Tashman, Volts JT, Master H, The Svikiro Sound, Kadiki, and Young Fantan.
Tammy Moyo stole the show with an epic performance that will go down in history. Her energy and talent left the crowd in awe. Mc Adhama x DJ Tashman also impressed, delivering a great set that kept fans happy.
Volts JT, dubbed the “King of Zim Hip Hop,” showcased his impressive catalog, sparking calls for a collaboration with Gaffa Winky D, the “King of Zim Dancehall.” Master H’s fiery performance led some to proclaim him the new king of Dancehall, rivaling Winky D’s reign.

The Svikiro Sound’s captivating set, complete with traditional attire, resonated with fans of Midzimu music. Young artist Kadiki made waves during his performance, with fans calling him a “GOAT” (Greatest of All Time). His talent has quickly gained recognition, and many believe he is a rising star in the industry.
Young Fantan’s performance received mixed reviews, with some praising his energy while others felt it fell short.
Shoko Festival 2024 once again proved its reputation as a platform for Zimbabwean artists to shine.
