While the cause of death has not yet been officially disclosed, the untimely passing of Kush Riley has sent shockwaves through the reggae community. As the son of legendary artist Jimmy Riley, Kush was part of a musical dynasty.
His contributions to the industry, as a performer and behind the scenes, were widely appreciated. He did not ride on his late father Jimmy’s fame or on his global star brother Tarrus’s fame, instead he made it clear publicly that he worked hard on his own musical talents and projects of which he did not disappoint
