For some, winter is the perfect excuse to look like you have just rolled over from the bed with layer upon layer of clothing and wearing that indifferent badge of shame “as long as I am dressed”. We have come up with a style cheat sheet that will keep you amazingly fashionable this whole winter season.
Tweed
For the love of anything tweed. If you rummage through your parents’ wardrobe you will discover that this 80s piece has always been an all-time favourite. We can guarantee you will have moments of regrets and wish you had raided your ancestor`s tweed jacket. It has come back in the millennial era with a different twist to it. What makes our hearts skip beats is the design translation. Tweed suits and coats are a must have this winter and they have this lasting vintage charm.

It’s all about the track pants, sweater and sneaker life. The sporty track pant and sweater look was made trendy by celebrities who rock this trend often. What’s key is to keep the look clean by keeping colour tones of tops and bottoms similar as well as ensuring the sneakers go with the dress style. Winter Hats
Winter hats are those fashion accessories that break all rules and they look just about fabulous on anyone. Agreed after spending what seems like an eternity at the hair studio, the last thing one wants is to cover up their hairdo or look. But you have to keep that head warm and the perfect way is donning either the beanie hat, fur hats, the fedora or any of the many types of winter hats out there. Yes you heard us right. Every fashion discerning being needs a winter hat. After all it’s adding coolness to winter.
Knit wear
Knit wear is part of the layering regime. Wearing a knit pull over or cardigan is that subtle fashion statement shouting I ooze fabulousness. And trust us it`s not a high school look. You can wear a knit sweater with a well fitted blazer over. Boots
Sneakers or boots??? Boots from three quarter to knee high boots, rider boots you got to have them all. They are a common winter statement. This is the most exploited shoe trend when the temperatures dip to an all-time low or rather slightly. Both ladies and gents can go big with this trend which hits our market in many variations of colour, style and fabric.
Coats
Any winter wardrobe would not be complete without a warm coat. Yes we said it!! And who says you should have only one to go to winter coat? You can never have one too many. Owning three or more winter coats gives a refreshed look to your outfits. The beauty about coats is that it they can be worn with just about anything.
Denims
Denims are our all-time favourite and they are timeless. “They are an all-weather friend literally. From summer to winter this wardrobe staple is always in season. Denim pants and jackets are a must have across seasons. When wearing denim on denim you need to ensure that it’s light colour on dark. You can also layer denim jackets with a hoodie to achieve an urban casual look.
