A woman was left devastated after losing $13,000 in cash when her car was broken into outside Chisipite Junior School on Wednesday.
Lauren Wadd, 42, from Newlands, had briefly parked her vehicle to pick up her child when an unidentified individual gained access to the car.
Within just five minutes, the thief managed to unlock the passenger door using an unknown tool, making off with her handbag, a Samsung S24 phone, her driver’s license, and the substantial cash amount.
