Unfortunately, today’s proceedings were derailed due to the magistrate’s absence, attributed to a family matter.
This development has sparked concerns about the judiciary’s handling of cases involving individuals perceived as politically persecuted, with some arguing that personal reasons are being used to unjustly prolong detentions.
Mhlanga, a journalist with Alpha Media Holdings, will now spend his fourth night in custody, awaiting a verdict that could determine his fate.
