Former ZTA CEO Karikoga Kaseke Dies
Former CEO of the Zimbabwe Tourism Authority, Karikoga Kaseke has died. He was 62 years. Kaseke had suffered a significant stroke in 2018, leading to his retirement.
He died this morning at a private hospital in Harare.
His wife, Mrs. Irene Kaseke, confirmed his passing at a local hospital in Harare, where he had been admitted due to a decline in his health. Kaseke had suffered a stroke in 2018, prompting his retirement from the ZTA on medical grounds.

His sister, Mrs. Hazvineyi Kaseke-Nyamupinga, expressed her grief, noting the loss of a brother and protector who was revered as a unifier within the family.
Mourners are currently gathered at 38 Boscobel Drive West, Highlands, Harare, to pay their respects.
