Ivory Medical Debuts Innovative Medicinal Cannabis Line, CannaQure

In a significant moment for healthcare in Zimbabwe, Ivory Medical has officially launched its medicinal cannabis line, CannaQure, at an exclusive event at Rainbow Towers Hotel in Harare. The launch, attended by media representatives, healthcare professionals, and industry experts, showcased Ivory Medical’s forward-thinking approach to medical treatment in the country.

The CannaQure line features a variety of cannabis-based therapeutic products designed to aid those experiencing chronic pain, stress, sleep disturbances, and other health issues. These products are rich in cannabidiol (CBD), a cannabinoid known for its therapeutic properties without the psychoactive effects often associated with cannabis. Created to complement traditional treatments, CannaQure is intended to deliver safe, effective wellness solutions that align with the high safety and quality standards set by the Medicines Control Authority of Zimbabwe (MCAZ).

“This launch represents more than just a new product; it is a turning point in Zimbabwean healthcare,” said Nash Kadzinga, the General Manager of Ivory Medical. “CannaQure reflects our commitment to providing scientifically supported, accessible medicinal cannabis options. We’re excited to introduce Zimbabweans to a natural and trustworthy option for symptom relief and overall wellness.”

Presentations included insights from project pharmacist Mr. Allan Kasambarare on worldwide trends in medicinal cannabis, as well as from Dr. Zorodzai Maroveke, President of the Cannabis Association of Zimbabwe (CAZ), who shared perspectives on cannabis use within Zimbabwe.

Ivory Medical is dedicated to promoting awareness and understanding of medicinal cannabis in Zimbabwe, collaborating with healthcare providers and communities to dispel misconceptions about the plant’s therapeutic value. Attendees expressed optimism about CannaQure’s potential benefits, especially with the growing interest in alternative treatments.

“Education, transparency, and quality are at the heart of our mission,” said Kadzinga. “With CannaQure, we’re leading a new chapter in healthcare in Zimbabwe, where patients can access natural remedies and improve their wellness with confidence.”
