Job Description:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Analytical skills for accurate job costing and invoicing.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Service Advisor will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Scheduling vehicle appointments and creating job records.
- Greeting customers and documenting their requirements.
- Generating quotations and invoices for customers.
- Addressing customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Detailing vehicle defects and preparing repair orders.
- Utilizing brand knowledge to offer or explain available parts and service options to customers.
- Fostering positive customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Ensuring all service details and associated costs are correctly documented on invoices.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Auto Technology or Mechanical Technology preferred.
- An associate degree in motor mechanics or a related field would be advantageous.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is essential for this role.
