Suspended Mazowe Rural District Council (MRDC) Chief Executive Officer Liberty Mufandaedza on Tuesday and appeared before independent council officials for a disciplinary hearing.
Mufandaedza is being accused of illegally parceling out residential and commercial stands in Mazowe.
He is being implicated with 11 other council workers.
The Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission (ZACC) reportedly left their report at the local authority amid fears of arresting Mufandaedza who is an ally to Home Affairs Minister Kazembe Kazembe.
