The WWE Money in the Bank briefcase winner is to be revealed on Sunday

WWE Money in the Bank will take place on Sunday, July 7, 2024, in the morning at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Canada, with two superstars demonstrating who the biggest threats are in the men’s and women’s divisions.

The Money in the Bank Ladder matches are the show’s main event, in which six super stars compete to get their hands on a briefcase hovering over the ring. The briefcase contains a contract allowing the winner to compete for any championship during the following year.

The men’s match will feature Jey Uso, Carmelo Hayes, Andrade, Chad Gable, and LA Knight competing for the briefcase, while the women’s match will feature Iyo Sky, Chelsea Green, Lyra Valkyria, Tiffany Stratton, and Naomi.

“Do you know how many superstars have made their names and cemented their names in the history books by winning the Money in the Bank ladder match?” says Valkyria. “I’ve been in the ring for ten years… I can’t think of a better way to commemorate ten years than to make my name a legend at Money in the Bank.”

In addition to the Money in the Bank Ladder matches, Seth Rollins will try to reclaim the World Heavyweight Championship when he faces current titleholder Damian Priest. Rollins lost the belt to Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania earlier this year, but Priest immediately ‘cashed in’ the Money in the Bank contract he won in 2023 and defeated the ‘Scottish Warrior’ to become champion.

“When you first had this title, I was your first challenger,” Priest told Rollins. “At that point, you had defeated me. You were better than me. The times have changed. I’m going to prove that I deserve this championship.”
