ZIMSEC has officially announced the commencement of registration for the June and November examinations, urging parents and guardians to visit their nearest registration centers.
According to the statement released by ZIMSEC, candidates have the option to pay their examination fees in their preferred currency. The prevailing interbank exchange rate will be confirmed by ZIMSEC for payments made in ZWL.
For Ordinary level exams, the fee stands at USD24 per subject, with the government subsidizing USD13 and candidates from public schools covering the remaining USD11.

Private schools, colleges, and private candidates will pay the full amount.
A’ level candidates from public schools will pay USD22, with the government contributing USD26, while private institutions and candidates will bear the full cost of USD48.
ZIMSEC also reminded candidates that they must meet the CALA requirements to be eligible for the examination.
