Sir Wicknell Explains Decision Against Hospital Donation

Businessman Wicknell Chivayo has sparked controversy by dismissing suggestions to allocate his funds towards improving Zimbabwe’s healthcare system, opting instead to lavish money on Zanu PF supporters.

In recent weeks, Chivayo has spent over US$5 million on luxury vehicles for artists who supported President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s election campaign last year.

Recipients of these high-end cars include Jah Prayzah, DJ Fantan, Sandra Ndebele, Sulumani Chimbetu, and Seh Calaz. Additionally, he distributed around 100 Toyota Aqua cars among members of his Johane Masowe church.
