Cheating Wife Denies Evacuation as DNA and Love Messages Expose Infidelity

DNA, Love Messages Expose Infidelity

A tumultuous dispute has unfolded between a married couple, Nyasha Kusemwa and Ngoni Kasinamunda, following their separation after Nyasha’s infidelity was exposed.

The contentious issue at hand revolves around the ownership of a residential stand in Gukwe Village, prompting the couple to appear before Chief Chinamhora on Sunday in search of a resolution.

Ngoni, aggrieved by Nyasha’s betrayal, argued that she should vacate the property due to her unfaithfulness.

He revealed that he discovered love messages between Nyasha and another man while they were residing in South Africa.

“We agreed to return home and settle our issues, but now she does not want to leave the place. I had forgiven her, but we later agreed to take our children for DNA paternity tests, and the first-born came out negative,” Ngoni said.

In response, Nyasha acknowledged her infidelity but asserted that they had resolved the matter.

She claimed that a DNA test had revealed that their first-born child was not biologically Ngoni’s.

“It is true that I cheated, but we settled the issue, and the DNA tests showed that our first-born is not his. May the court help us deal with the piece of land we acquired together,” Nyasha stated before the chief’s court.

Chief Chinamhora intervened and ordered that the couple register the residential stand under the name of their first-born child.

He emphasized the importance of forgiveness and considering the well-being of their children in the resolution of their disputes.

“We work for our children, and what you acquired together is for all of your children, including the one who tested negative,” Chief Chinamhora advised.

“The piece of land you acquired together must be registered under your kraal head in the name of the first-born, benefiting all your children. If you no longer love Nyasha, bring a token of divorce or send one of your representatives with the token.”

The proceedings aimed to address the complex situation arising from Nyasha’s infidelity, the DNA test results, and the disputed ownership of the residential stand.

As the couple navigates the aftermath of their separation, Chief Chinamhora emphasized the importance of prioritizing their children’s welfare and finding a fair resolution for all parties involved.
