Julius Malema has established the tone for what he believes about potential dissenters as the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) deal with not just the unfavorable outcomes of the elections but also the hole left by the erstwhile “ride or die” Floyd Shivambu.

Malema expressed in a passionate address that he is not concerned about a potential mass exodus of members who may choose to join other political parties.

This comes after it was discovered that Mmabatho Montsho, a writer and Ndlozi’s wife, liked a post Shivambu made against the uMkhonto WeSizwe Party (MKP).

South African internet users choose Dr. Mbuyiseni Ndlozi, one of the last great EFF leaders, as the most important among them.

His quiet in the midst of the party’s unrest has given rise to numerous rumours.

Here are some opinions on the subject from South Africans:

Emmanuel Munyai expressed on X (formerly Twitter) his disapproval of Malema’s statement and his demand that Ndlozi step down and Shivambu refrain from responding.

As for Ndlozi, following the contempt shown to his wife, he ought to be packing his bags and heading out. Munyai wrote, “Malema just proved what Boy once said.”

I wish that Floyd Shivambu should not respond on what was said yesterday, it can create more unnecessary attention. As for Ndlozi he should be packing his bags and leave after the disrespect directed to his wife. Malema just proved what Boy once said.

Thokozani Dolukhulu expressed the same sentiment, saying Ndlozi must just leave Malema and his “slowly dying party”.

“This leave now speech was directed to him,” he posted on X

“In the space of four days… Julius Malema revealed his true colours towards his ‘brother’ Floyd Shivambu. What now for Mbuyiseni Ndlozi?” MzansiKnight asked.
