The Council for Churches in Africa (CCA) has bestowed one of its top honours on prominent apostolic leader Madzibaba Enock, recognising his exceptional evangelism and service to vulnerable communities across the country.
Madzibaba Enock received the Best Apostolic Mission Award, a distinction reserved for spiritual leaders whose work has had measurable social impact. The CCA praised his “unwavering commitment to spiritual renewal, community upliftment, and compassionate outreach.”
Speaking after receiving the award, Madzibaba Enock said the recognition strengthens his resolve to continue supporting disadvantaged groups.
“This award is not just for me. It belongs to every widow, every orphan, and every vulnerable child who continues to fight despite difficult circumstances. My mission has always been to serve them with dignity and love,” said Madzibaba Enock.
He highlighted his ongoing philanthropic programmes, which include providing food supplies to orphanages, assisting abused women, and funding educational support for vulnerable children.
“No child should sleep hungry or drop out of school because of poverty. If God blesses us with the ability to help, then it becomes our responsibility to lift others up,” he said.
CCA officials said his work sets a standard for religious leadership at a time when communities are struggling with economic and social pressures.
“Madzibaba Enock’s efforts show how faith can be a force for practical change,” a CCA representative said.
The award marks a significant milestone in his ministry’s outreach efforts, with plans already underway to expand community feeding programmes and shelter initiatives.
