Ishmael Nkata, also known as Mandebvu, a Zimbabwean music promoter based in Cape Town, was shot and killed last night.
This happened at his nightclub.
The unidentified shooters escaped the scene.
Popularly known as Mandebvu, he ran The Gardens Place in Milnerton, Cape Town, South Africa.
The businessman hosted a number of Zimbabwean musicians at his venue.
Before it reopened last weekend, his bar had previously been temporarily closed after a patron was also shot dead.
After reopening he hosted Holy Ten, KAE Chaps, and many other artists.
