Mai Tt Seeks Funds for Oscar Pambuka’s Jail Release
Felistas Murata, popularly known as Mai Tt, took to Facebook to appeal to the public for assistance in raising $2500 for the release of former ZBC TV presenter, Oscar Pambuka. According to her post, Pambuka was expected to be released on February 14, 2024, but he faces another case that requires restitution, delaying his release until the required amount is paid.

Mai Tt reached out to her friends and supporters, inviting them to partner with her in contributing to the funds needed for Pambuka’s release. She urged those interested to contact her directly to join the effort.

. Unfortunately the law caught up with him and he served his sentence and was supposed to be out on the 10th of this month but because he has another case where he s supposed to restitute he can’t come out until $2500 ( two thousand five hundred USD is paid ) it is my wish to see him out as someone who served for the nation with his broadcasting skills.
So I’m calling out to all my beautiful fans and supporters who want to partner with me to assist him pay the money for his release to come today at this

Additionally, Mai Tt announced her plans to host Valentine’s Day celebrations with inmates at the KG6 turnoff on Emmerson Mnangagwa Road and Pauline Drive. Admission for the event is $10, but attendees who wish to contribute to Pambuka’s release are encouraged to contact her for details.
Last year, Pambuka and Mai Tt participated in a joint anti-drugs campaign at Munashe High School in Mutoko, organized by the Zimbabwe Prisons and Correctional Service as part of an educational trip for inmates.
