Zim artiste launches album in South America

Zimbabwean artiste Phillip Chipfumbu “Bhuru revanjanja” launched an album called Tanganyika in South America where he perform most of his live shows.

The Afro Fusion musician who has done many collaborations with Argentinians using Spanish language told this publication that his music is even more appreciated with othe races abroad.

” Im happy that lm raising our Zimbabwean flag through music in many parts of South America and they appreciate my music and this has given me a chance to convey my music in other languages as Spanish and French”, he said.

Bhuru has released five albums to date tiltled Huchi nemukaka, Pembera wabaya, Mudonzvo wenzimbe, Kumbira kuvakuru and Tanganyika.

Chipfumbu was born in 1983 in the Njanja area in Chikomba district and he has managed to pull through the music industry through Spanish and German artistes.

He said he released a song called Struggle using Spanish language with support of German Catelli and Marcos Vegas.

Fans who attended the Saturday family show were treated to a music basket by the singer with a touch of different renditions of fellow musicians, including Tedious Matsito, Leonard Dembo and Oliver Mtukudzi.

Baba Sharo delivered a top notch act in front of a decent crowd that turned up for the gig.
