Yesterday, almost 13,000 ladies and children paid admission to Alex Sports Club for the most well-liked outdoor celebration, Doek and Slay.
The women, who were dressed in jeans and white blouses with a hint of doek, were aware of the task.
The women were permitted to bring their kids as well.
According to the event’s organizers, this edition broke the previous record for the highest attendance.
EXQ, Killer T, and Freeman graced the much-anticipated ladies’ event, providing the large crowd with excellent value for their money.
With almost 13,770 ladies in attendance, we can confidently declare that this edition was the largest to date, according to one of the organizers.

To spice up the stage, the legendary Mai Chisamba showed up at the event with words of encouragement to the ladies.
“Vakadzi ngatibatanei tiite chimwe without fighting each other but supporting one another.”
Some of the ladies, who attended the event, are already preparing for the next Harare edition.
“We have to give so much credit to the organisers for this amazing outdoor event, we are having so much fun and the event is so flexible in terms of the hours and everything.
“Women are often stigmatized as troublemakers, but observe how amazing it is for thousands of them to be together and enjoy themselves without conflict.”
“I am already planning what am going to wear next time because it’s crazy how all the ladies are looking,” stated Sandra Chivhanga.
“You won’t believe it when I tell you that I’m from Kadoma, and because women from Harare know how to party, I had to travel this side to attend,” she remarked.
