A woman from Harare is alleging that her sister’s former spouse unexpectedly visits her home and demand s-x. Having been insulted and sexually abused by Shepherd Hide, Abigail Kafa went before Harare Civil Court magistrate Meenal Naratom to request a peace order against him.
She stated that Shepherd pays her an unexpected visit, demands s-x, and then attacks her if she declines.”When he wants to have s-x, he comes over to my house.”

He attacks and insults me when I refuse. He is the former spouse of my sister.She added that he makes violent threats against her, claiming he will shatter her into pieces.
She remarked, “He threatens to break me into pieces so the police won’t be able to find my body.”
In response, Shepherd said he had the freedom to do as he pleased and questioned the court’s power to limit his acts.
“If a married woman is free to do as she pleases, I want the court to explain this to me.
“It’s my right to do whatever I want with her, but I have no problems with the court giving her a peace order.”
Judge Naratom issued the peace order and told Shepherd to cease mistreating Abigail.
In other news, Award-winning journalist Hopewell Chin’ono has blasted the Zimbabwe Republic Police for receiving donations in the form of a service kit from a private citizen.
This incident has drawn attention from many social media users who are blasting the ZRP for receiving the donations instead of folking out from their coffers and buying the kits for themselves.
