The Chitungwiza -born chanter Bassel “Hwindi President” Parehwa visited Mvurwi’s Mzansi lounge for the first time and left fans clamouring for more tunes.
The Zimdancehall musician proved to be a genius on stage when he banged tune after tune.
People around Mvurwi filled the leisure spot and supported the music promoter Blessing “Bango” Kamudyariwa who is giving Mvurwi town enough entertainment by bringing various artistes every week.
Bango was delighted after Hwindi President met his legions of fans in the farming town.
“It has always been my desire to bring Hwindi President to Mvurwi, the guy is so good on stage and today’s show proved just that,” Bango said.
“I would like to thank people of Mvurwi for their discipline and with this spirit more musicians are on their way because entertainment is my life,” he added.
Eric Ngambi who does not miss a show at Mzansi lounge said the performance was top of the notch.
“The performance was just super this is what we want and as a growing town our support for Bango promotions will always live on,” he said.
Shaolin Mhiripiri representing women at the venue said all the ladies were happy because the gig was peaceful.
“We had good time the gig was peaceful and as ladies we feel very much comfortable being at Mzansi lounge.”
Son to the late Robbie Chagumuka, Benedict “Dj Wandiona” took over soon after Hwindi President’s performance and he gave a polished performance.
