Jah Prayzah and Subordinate Mary Anibal Nominated in Same Category
In the fifth edition of the Star FM Listener’s Choice Music Awards Jah Prayzah and his subordinate Mary Anibal who is one of his backing vocalists are among the best alternative category.
Her song Gogoride has been making a statement in the airwaves among the giants and probably the experience from working with the hit maker led her to releasing song worth being nominated for a top award.
The nominees were revealed on Wednesday, with the awards event to take place on 3 May as a radio and online event, with the theme “It’s All About the Artist”.
“As a Star FM we are all about local artists, and this year we will focus on honoring and rewarding them,” said Star FM Head of Programming Steve Vickers. “We will be breaking new ground with the Awards event, as a radio and online experience which will feature live performances from artists.”
