On Wednesday November 4, 2020 at the Island Hospice in Harare, the Kidzcan generous organization which focuses more on children with cancer, donated Cytarabine drugs worth US$30 000 to the Ministry of Health and Child Care.
Ministry of Health and Child Care Deputy Minister John Mangwiro who could not make it to the handover ceremony expressed his gratitude to the organization for the gesture towards the ministry which is struggling to cater for cancer patients countrywide.
Under their executive director Daniel McKenzie, Kidzcan is the only organization in Zimbabwe dedicated to increasing the survival rate of children with cancer.
